Initial Assessment

• I offer an introductory telephone consultation for up to 15 minutes in which I will get a very brief overview of your issue and you will have an opportunity to ask me questions about the service. If at this point we decide we would like to proceed to counselling we will agree a time for an initial assessment and following this a regular slot (usually weekly).

Regular Sessions

• In person from my practice in Tunbridge Wells or video sessions are charged at £60 for 50 minutes

Concessions 

• I have a limited number of spaces for concessionary rates for trainee counsellors, students, people on a low income or unemployed. Please enquire for availability.
